Late afternoon in the forest. Winter wind blowing on dead leaves still hanging from the branches of a young American Beech (Fagus grandifolia).

Birds heard : Red-breasted Nuthatch, Blue Jay, Downy Woodpecker, Common Raven, Black-capped Chickadee.
